Ronit is the Founder & Managing Director of Immigrant Investor Group Inc., which is an International Marketing Firm for Investment Immigration. Ronit holds a Baccalaureate of Commerce degree with honors from the University of Ottawa, specializing in Finance and International Business.

While attending University Ronit worked with the Government of Canada for approximately 4 years with the Department of Canadian Human Rights Commission. He has over 15 years of financial services & investment immigration experience, mainly with HSBC Bank Canada both as a Personal Banker and as an Investment Advisor, and with Henley & Partners.

Ronit is a highly experienced and seasoned Residency & Citizenship planning specialist – for investment based programs. Ronit deals with many high net worth individuals & stakeholders from various parts of the world. Ronit Sharma also serves as the Global Director for International Investment Immigration Programs for the Law Firm Immigration Solutions Law Group, Ronit provides strategic business development support and guidance to the firm’s international business immigration practice and also serves as a Strategic Partner for Latitude Residency & Citizenship and a Global Partner with JTH Lawyers Inc.

Mr. Charles W. Pley serves as the Global Legal Counsel for Immigrant Investor Group Inc.’s International Investment Immigration Programs. Charles W. Pley is also the Founder and principal Attorney of the Law Firm Immigration Solutions Law Group. He has over 25 year’s experience in immigration law, both inside government and in private practice.

He is an award-winning immigration professional and certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration and Citizenship Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada and studied at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. He is a former Canadian diplomat and overseas visa officer, and is dual-licensed as a lawyer in Ontario, Canada (1985) and in New York, U.S.A. (1992). He is also licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Foreign Legal Consultant (U.S. law).

Mr. Pley is recognized in particular as a leading practitioner with respect to business immigration, both to Canada and the USA. He was appointed as a panel immigration lawyer to a major international financial institution involved in investor-related immigration, and has published numerous articles and has made presentations to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Legal Education seminars on business immigration topics.
